Now is the time to make it a priority. A few simple words will make you hard to forget. For months, the company you have worked for has been dedicated to you. Mentors put in time to care about getting to know you, and to show you the things you just cant learn in class.

For an extra 6 to 12 weeks, an employee has to fulfill normal duties while creating a program that will introduce you to the company, provide you a substantial experience, and be beneficial to the company.
